Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial assessment and treatment plan
  • Provide speech language therapy per physician's orders
  • Document progress at each visit and complete discharge summary
  • Recert and revise treatment plan as needed

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license in Pennsylvania
  • In-depth understanding of speech conditions and their treatments
  • Excellent communication skills
