Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Complete initial assessment and treatment plan
- Provide speech language therapy per physician's orders
- Document progress at each visit and complete discharge summary
- Recert and revise treatment plan as needed
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid license in Pennsylvania
- In-depth understanding of speech conditions and their treatments
- Excellent communication skills
