We are looking for an enthusiastic and vivacious General Manager to oversee our Blacksburg store. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone ready to take the next step in their career!
General Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop an analysis of all restaurants to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
- Shown progression through a GM from a decent volume restaurant
- Ensure top-quality, customer service
- Meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
- Oversee and analyze all areas needed for coaching staff
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Proven experience in similar role
- Proven experience in planning maintenance
- Solid understanding of operations
- Excellent communication
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years management experience
- Must be high energy and outgoing'
- Background in similar concept
