We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to manage commercial and retail projects, particularly those focused on fitness facilities. This role involves directing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols, and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders for successful project completion.

Construction Site Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Lead all construction phases from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold quality standards
- Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers
- Proactively address construction issues and conduct site inspections
Construction Site Superintendent Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in commercial and retail construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Preferably OSHA certified
