Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations at construction sites
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Develop and oversee maintenance schedules and budgets
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and vendors
- Proactively address facility issues and conduct regular inspections
Facilities Manager Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in facilities management within the construction industry
- Experience with commercial and retail projects required
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in management software and systems
- Preferred technical skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing
