Civil Structural PE Responsibilities:
– Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
– Perform calculations on loads and stresses.
– Select appropriate construction materials.
– Provide technical advice and liaise with professional staff, such as architects.
– Obtain approvals for planning and building regulations.
Civil Structural PE Requirements:
– PE License in Florida.
– Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
– Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
– Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or ability to do so within 12 months of hire.
– Proficient in structural design and analysis, building design codes, structural design software, REVIT/AutoCAD.
– PE license in Delaware or Maryland preferred.
– Experience with structural calculations and design for steel structures.
– AutoCAD and Revit experience desirable.
– A team player with a proactive approach to improvement.
Compensation:
Base salary: $105K-$115K DOE.
