Director of Sales Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 3–5 years of previous sales/event experience in fine-dining
• Michelin experience
• Accountability for the event sales department
• Solid delegation, and leadership skills while still maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Collaborate with clients, leadership, vendors, to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Budgeting, analytical and planning skills
• A flexible schedule to be present for events when needed
