A large management group in Seattle is looking for a solid Sous Chef/Kitchen Supervisor to assist with an upscale concept. Great opportunity to get in the door with a growing multi-concept group and show off your skills!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Work side-by-side with the Executive Chef and team to execute daily service.
  • Flexible hours: concept is open from 6am to 10pm- 7 days per week.
  • Commissary at night will provide prep to the daytime crew for ease of service.
  • Maintain standards and consistency in a high-volume environment.

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, full-service restaurant with minimal supervision.
  • Seafood or Sports Bar experience, a plus.
