- A solid and growing hospitality group is seeking a Director of Marketing to support the planning, budgeting, and executive functions of all materials to promote products and services across multiple locations.
- Director of Marketing Qualifications:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar field
- Familiar with appropriate software
- Marketing research experience
- Technically proficient with experience managing social and digital marketing efforts
- Previous experience successfully managing and growing a brand's social media presence and interacting with potential customers, employees, investors, etc.
- Experience marketing mobile loyalty program(s)
- Outstanding writing, presenting, and communicating skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Creative thinker who is proactive and willing to push back if needed to represent the voice of the customer
- Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Create a marketing strategy and implementation plan, through public relations and social media, to identify opportunities for brand enhancement for multiple entities
- Communicate with managers and staff members to discuss and identify advertising and marketing needs
- Manage all corporate social media accounts
- Responsible for all PR and Marketing events, ensuring consistency with brand standards and core company values while achieving communications goals
