Production Manager Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Identify items by customer.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in management or supervisory roles in vacation rental, laundry, or a comparable commercial setting.
- Effectively plan, organize, and lead employees and task force members.
- Familiarity with OSHA and general safety guidelines to train and instruct others.
- Must be able to work in environments with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees for extended periods
- Be aware of hazards, including exposure to mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical currents, high places, confined spaces, high heat, or chemicals.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance. Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong technical skills in materials and inventory management, production scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
- Working knowledge of chemicals, steam, electricity, pneumatics, and mechanics.
