Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop an analysis, oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
- Management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to create a customer-focused culture
- Meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Excellent communication
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous Restaurant management experience in a casual dining setting
- Must be outgoing and team orientated
- Ability to uphold company standards and policies
- Background in a similar concept
- Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with the job
