Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop an analysis, oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to create a customer-focused culture
  • Meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Excellent communication 

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous Restaurant management experience in a casual dining setting
  • Must be outgoing and team orientated
  • Ability to uphold company standards and policies
  • Background in a similar concept
  • Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with the job
