- Strategy Development: Create and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends and competitor activities.
- Growth Focus: Use best practices to enhance brand presence and track performance using analytics tools.
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing teams and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with marketing coordinators to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in social media management with a proven track record.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in marketing, communications, or similar.
- Proficient in major social media platforms, copywriting, and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
