Strategy Development: Create and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends and competitor activities.
Growth Focus: Use best practices to enhance brand presence and track performance using analytics tools.
Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing teams and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Campaign Execution: Partner with marketing coordinators to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

4+ years in social media management with a proven track record.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in marketing, communications, or similar.
Proficient in major social media platforms, copywriting, and analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
