Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targeted sales and profit levels while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.
  • Continuously innovate to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide training to keep staff at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Oversee systems for accurate order entry, inventory control, and menu development.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of fine dining management experience or relevant degree.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and guest service abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain the highest standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fine dining expertise and a hospitality-driven approach.
