Assistant Bakery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Delegation of tasks
  • Ability to communicate expectations clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrating drive, commitment to excellence and an intense passion to succeed
  • Ability to partner with Management regarding work environment, cake production, guest experiences, P&L management and inventory control, & brand/merchandise presentations.
  • Must be community-focused, building genuine connections with guests

Assistant Bakery Qualifications:

  • Must be a charismatic leader with excellent communication skills
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • High-volume, upscale dining or food retail preferred
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
