Kitchen Manager’s Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
- High energy and success-driven
- 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Manage day to day operations of the Back of House
- Ensure the highest level of food quality
- Manage key indicators of BOH operations
- Thrive in a high-volume location
- Support front-of-the-house team on occasion with daily duties
