Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Sr. Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use that oversees multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring balanced performance and process while driving growth in market share and profitability. They lead projects through the design process and the production of construction documents.
Sr. Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use Benefits:
- Hybrid position
- Base salary of $100 -150k + bonus

Sr. Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use Requirements:
- BS in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years’ experience in Interior Design or Architecture
- Must have Mixed-Use project experience
- Registered Architects or individuals seeking registration are preferred
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations, Life Safety codes, building systems, and ADA requirements.
- Proficiency in Deltek Vision, Revit, AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, 3D Modeling software.
Sr. Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial review of drawings, documents, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
- Review all plans and production tasks for accuracy before submission to project lead or relevant leaders.
- Establish and enforce a QA/QC review process involving assigned Technical Leaders, Design Leaders, Architects, etc.
- Initiate project setup and ensure ongoing project maintenance.
- Manage project contract performance, focusing on scope, budget, and quality as agreed with the Client.
- Ensure design reviews occur at designated project stages.
- Monitor and manage communication between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring design requirements and document coordination.
- Develop work plans, fee proposals, and project schedules in response to RFPs and other opportunities.
