Maintenance Reliability Engineer Summary:

Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be responsible for improving the day-to-day performance of process and packaging operational reliability

Maintenance Reliability Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Assists in creating design, installation specifications, and commissioning plans.
  • Evaluates equipment, MRO suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
  • Participates in final installation checks and testing.
  • Leads efforts to maintain equipment, process, utility, and control system reliability.
  • Collaborates with engineering, training, and operations to ensure installation reliability.
  • Defines and refines asset maintenance plans, including preventive tasks.
  • Utilizes predictive and non-destructive testing to identify reliability issues.
  • Conducts data analysis using statistical process control, reliability modeling, fault tree analysis, and RCA.
  • Develops technical training plans for Operator Based Maintenance.

Maintenance Reliability Engineer Responsibilities:

  • BS degree in engineering
  • 3-10 years of relevant Maintenance Reliability Engineer experience in a GMP facility
  • Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge

Maintenance Reliability Engineer Benefits:
