Seeking an extroverted engineer that can sell or a highly technical sales leader in the plastics industry to join the leadership group as a Technical Sales Manager.
Technical Sales Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Technical Sales Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Sell plastic parts that are CNC machined, injection molded, and stamped/die cut to existing and new customers
- Vet RFQ’s and leads from customers and internal resources
- Manage marketing and lead generation efforts with 3rd party marketing firm
- B.S. in a technical field (engineering preferred) or related field
- 1-3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in plastics or custom CNC machining industries.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data, making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
