An exciting, cutting-edge insurance company is looking to start a new branch in Florida, focusing on parametric insurance. Be the first to help grow a team of motivated sales pros in an untapped market.

$70 – $80 Base salary plus uncapped commission – anticipated total compensation will be in the $200k range.

Insurance Sales Manager Compensation:

Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the FL market
  • Develop and create new relationships with key agent/broker distribution partners
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Be a good ambassador to the organization at industry events and conferences

Insurance Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Have 2-20 and/or 1-20 license in Florida
  • Able to work remotely and travel within Florida
  • Experience with commercial property insurance
  • Passionate about redefining insurance using technology and providing a great customer experience
