Restaurant Human Resource manager requirements and expectations
• You bring at least 5 years of Human Resource leadership experience to the table.
• A Bachelor's degree is essential (preferred in Hospitality management of some kind).
• Must be a critical thinker and problem solver mindset
• Familiarity with restaurant systems and laws is a must.
• You excel in managing the entire hiring process, from onboarding to terminations.
• You're well-versed in insurance, workers' compensation, and health department regulations, as well as city and state ordinances.
• Your impeccable organizational skills ensure smooth communication and meticulous record-keeping.
• Approachable, friendly, and driven by a passion for hospitality.
• This role requires you to be full-time on-site—this isn't a remote position.
