Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of financial aspects, including cost of goods, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Ability to develop, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve their best
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training of all restaurant staff
  • Handle scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet business demands
  • Conduct regular inventories and manage cost of goods to maintain profitability
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment
