General Manager Qualifications:

  • Have the ability to work in a hands-on environment
  • 3-5 years experience in a General Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
  • A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
  • Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
