Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience as a GM in a HIGH VOLUME FULL SERVICE restaurant
Candidates must be strong leaders with a proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor those around them
Candidates with more than four jobs in the last ten years will not be considered
Operate with integrity in all things
Ability to travel between restaurants

Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Control food and labor costs
Lead your teams to exceed guest service standards
Inspire your teams to keep each restaurant clean and sanitized at all times
Lead your teams to exceed sales and productivity goals
