We're on the hunt for an exceptional leader—an innovative financial expert to steer our team to success! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior living and, ideally, experience working with private equity groups.

Vice President of Underwriting Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of underwriting strategies and core functions
  • Oversee a team of underwriters, analysts, and associates to structure deals that maximize profitability and safeguard investments
  • Evaluate team performance regularly, developing and tracking KPIs to identify areas for growth
  • Collaborate effectively and promptly with executive leadership to ensure smooth operations and achieve desired outcomes

Vice President of Underwriting Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of full-time experience as a VP of Underwriting, with at least 7 years in senior living and experience in other asset classes
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate is required; a Master's or MBA is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation techniques, with strong expertise in investment analysis
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work full-time from our Scottsdale office
