We are seeking a creative and analytical leader who oversees, coordinates, and directs engineering design activities to ensure customer expectations are met on time and with top-notch quality. The ideal candidate for the Engineering Manager will have exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization, and will lead with a focus on continuous improvement and a deep respect for the team.

Engineering Manufacturing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of Engineering experience within a Manufacturing environment

• At least 5-years of leadership experience in an engineering role

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with CNC machine programming

• Expertise in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.

• Familiarity with storefront and curtain wall systems

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance

Engineering Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor an experienced engineering team

• Manage engineering designs using 2D CAD and 3D Autodesk Inventor software

• Oversee CAM and CNC programming efforts

• Create precise bill of materials (BOM) for manufactured products

• Act as the technical authority for products and services

• Facilitate communication between Engineering and Production teams

• Lead research and innovation projects

• Ensure prompt processing of customer orders and modification requests

• Develop and maintain engineering plans, processes, and guidelines
