Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations within established cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with Health Department standards
  • Hire and train staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Create and manage staff schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure adequate staffing during peak times
  • Develop, oversee, and manage daily bar and beverage operations, keeping up with industry trends
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and work closely with the owners

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in restaurant management in full-service or high-end concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, liquors, and craft cocktails
  • Strong leadership skills and professionalism
  • Experience with new restaurant or concept openings is preferred
