Our client is seeking a highly experienced Business Paralegal to support a team of attorneys within a NYC legal firm. If you have 3–5 years of paralegal experience with a focus on business-based immigration and PERM experience

Business Paralegal Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of business-based immigration experience
- Experience with H visas and PERM process
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.
- Must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision
- Must be proficient in Google Drive, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong communicator, with multitasking abilities
Business Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Manage Ongoing Client and Partner Communication
- Entry of relevant legal information into the database
- Support 3 Partners with immigration case assistance and research
- Request necessary information and documentation from clients via email, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Review cases for completeness, ensuring all required documents and information are provided.
- Prepare final cases for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
