Fine dining staple Restaurant in Key Biscayne venue is looking for an executive Chef.
We are seeking an exceptionally creative Director of Culinary for a unique and iconic concept. If you are a strong, experienced Chef who is local to Los Angeles, with an eye for detail and the ability to create and develop menus, this is the role for you. Send us your resume today!

Culinary Director Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 7 years of fine dining experience in Miami
- Strong Knowledge of safety measures.
- Knowledge of Food cost, Payroll cost and P&L's
- Work with the sales and marketing team to execute a great program
- Comfortable with media coverage and a celebrity scene
