Director of Culinary Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef in an independent restaurant
- Up-to-date Serv Safe certificate, and very knowledgeable on food safety
- Knowledge of the financials, P&L reports, forecasting, etc.
- Accredited culinary degree is a plus
- Focus on innovative cooking methods, plating and sustainable ingredients
- Proven track record of creating successful menus
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and promote culinary initiatives
- Lead, guide and mentor the culinary team
