This growing manufacturer, specializing in Mylar packaging, including stand-up and lay-flat pouches, is looking to add to its team. An experienced pouch converter is needed to manage its operations and take it to the next level. If you have 2-3 years of experience in pouch-converting machines that produce Mylar bags, this is for you!

What YOU get:

Hourly rate of $25-35/hour

9-5 Schedule

What we need:

Previous flexible packaging experience required (mylar bags)
Experience operating pouch-making converter machines, slitters, laminators and rewinders
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly, up to 55lbs. occasionally

What you'll do:

Set-up and operate pouching machines.
Continuously monitor machine to ensure it is running efficiently, effectively, and finished product meets all quality standards.
Monitor machinery to ensure quality
Set/break down of machinery
Complete duties based on production schedule
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Perform lockout/tagout procedures
