Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Hire, manage, and mentor your team
- Ensure culinary and safety & sanitation standards are met
- 2-years+ of full-service casual to upscale scratch kitchen management experience with a seafood focus
- Hands-on management style
- Some P&L management experience
