Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Hire, manage, and mentor your team
  • Ensure culinary and safety & sanitation standards are met
  • 2-years+ of full-service casual to upscale scratch kitchen management experience with a seafood focus
  • Hands-on management style
  • Some P&L management experience
