Our upscale casual concept is looking for a new General Manager to lead the team. If you enjoy a high-volume environment, are passionate, and have experience with upscale casual concepts, we'd love to speak with you!
General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant General Manager
- Experience managing annual sales of at least $6 million
- Beverage program knowledge
- Ability to lead in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively delegate
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor all expenses of the business
- Continual networking, marketing, and staff incentives to increase sales
- Reviewal of monthly P&L statement and act on variances
- Coach, train, and develop hourly and management staff
- Performance reviews within outlined guidelines
