BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary of up to $110,000 + with small commission potential. Likely max OTE of $100,000 – $120,000

BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Native Spanish speaker (or fluency in Spanish to the native level) required
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing others in a high volume phone sales/call center setting, with a proven record of delivering on cost per acquisition, single call sales results, and lead conversion
- BA/BS preferred (but not required)
- Extensive CRM experience and comfortability learning new CRMs/technology
- Highly motivated, confident, and able to take initiative to develop new sales strategies and tactics to improve sales conversions
- Highly data driven, leveraging reports and spreadsheets to influence strategic decisions and help you and your team reach sales targets
- Extensive experience being responsible for P&L
- Willing to work extra hours as needed during open enrollment (Nov – Jan)
- Passion for helping the Latino community gain access to quality healthcare and not just selling to sell, but wanting to do good in the process
- Willingness to get trained in health insurance sales and obtain health insurance license
BILINGUAL SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and optimize revenue potential
- Set, manage, and exceed sales targets with a focus on effective sales while also providing exceptional service and impact to customers
- Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of 2-10 sales agents, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure high performance, productivity, and conversion
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, industry changes, and competitive positioning to be shared with other teams and leadership in helping to drive decision-making
- Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations
