Franchise Business Consultant Benefits:

Franchise Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Build productive and inspiring relationships with franchise owners to keep them focused, accountable and successful
- Visit restaurants to observe, correct and praise restaurant operations, which will include observation, reviewing reports, recording, and coaching
- Develop business and action plans that represents the need of the franchise organization
- Use a consistent, and inspiring, attitude daily to represent the brand and achieve success while coaching franchisees
- Available for frequent travel, up to 75%, using a car and flights to commute to locations assigned with in your region
***Candidates must reside with in Iowa, northern/western Missouri, or Nebraska for this role.
