Fast-growing, fast casual/QSR restaurant brand is looking for a skilled and energetic new restaurant trainer to lead training initiatives for all new restaurant openings, both around the country and internationally. Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

New Restaurant Trainer Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000-$85,000 salary

New Restaurant Trainer Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Develop, oversee and lead new restaurant training programs
  • Maintain high kitchen standards and guest service expectations
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication, writing, training and follow-up skills
  • Roll up your sleeves type, able to work all positions in a restaurant
  • Knowledgeable of health guidelines, legal and company compliance, and SOPs (ServSafe certification)
  • Pluses: bilingual; experience with franchises; valid passport; etc.
