Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting C-suite executives and board members. A key responsibility will be taking and organizing meeting minutes at the executive and board levels, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient follow-up on action items. If you have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant at the C-suite level and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Executive Assistant Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience supporting C-suite executives and board members in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to accurately take and organize meeting minutes at the executive and board level.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and software, including meeting management systems.
  • A dependable and resourceful individual who can be trusted to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to stay composed and efficient, even in high-stakes situations.
  • Work effectively with the executive team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
