Assistant Grocery Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Assistant Grocery Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience as an assistant store manager, department manager or have equivalent experience
  • Must be available to work various shifts as needed
  • Must be available to work at all store locations as needed
  • Servsafe food handler certificate required

Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assists in managing daily operations of an assigned store
  • Assumes complete responsibility for all aspects of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Contributes to profitable operation of the store
