We are searching for an Assistant General Manager in Bennington, Nebraska at a private, seasonal golf club with lodging. If you have recent private club management experience and/or an extensive FOH food and beverage and lodging background, this is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a well-respected and growing organization!
Assistant General Manager Perks:
- Great base salary in the $80- $95k range + bonus potential
- Seasonal operating schedule with club closure of 6 months with continued salary

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the success of all departments with an emphasis on food and beverage FOH, housekeeping, and rooms day-to-day operations
- Create and maintain genuine relationships with members and their guests
- Marketing plan development and implementation
- Work with the Executive Chef to deliver consistent and memorable dining experiences
- Manage yearly budget objectives as well as contribute to the budget process
- Work in the off-season to prepare for the next season. Ability to help with other private clubs across the US, as needed!
- Ability and desire to relocate to rural Nebraska
