Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

  • 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment, including bar/beverage program
  • Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
  • A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
  • P+L/financial accountability experience
