  • 3 to 5 years in a high-end or fine dining leadership role
  • Previous sales volume experience high volume restaurant operations
  • Polished, professional, and driven
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on leader
  • Superior wine knowledge, a huge plus

Restaurant General Manager – Relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio Responsibilities

  • Form relationships with local hotels, concierge teams, and businesses to drive business
  • Ensure and provide superior guest service by exceeding expectations
  • Lead management and service team through coaching, training, and mentorship
  • Maintain constant floor presence while serving as the face of the restaurant and remaining col under pressure
  • Build and maintain a culture of excellence
