Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Over 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Professional HR Certification is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong background in employee relations and talent management
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication skills, and sound judgment

Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Manage all documentation related to employee relations, both paper and electronic
  • Offer coaching and counseling to both employees and management to address employee relations issues
  • Resolve team complaints promptly
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefit inquiries
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws to ensure full compliance
  • Up to 50% for site visits
  • Assist with HR projects as needed
