Human Resources Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage all Human Resources generalist responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (hospitality background preferred)
- English/Spanish bilingual (required)
- Ability to commute to both Albuquerque and Santa Fe as needed (required)
- Positive, professional, approachable, empathetic personality
- Strong communication, time management and follow-up skills
- Knowledgeable of New Mexico labor laws
