Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman with a strong background in foundation drilling or concrete supervision.

Concrete Foreman experience:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory construction role, specializing in foundation or concrete work.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide a crew.
  • Technical Skills: Mechanically inclined with the ability to read plans and troubleshoot.
  • Certifications: OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in remote locations and various weather conditions.

Your Role as a Concrete Foreman:

  • Lead with Confidence: Supervise and manage a skilled crew at construction sites.
  • Communicate Clearly: Ensure the team understands and executes project requirements.
  • Collaborate Efficiently: Work with project managers to control costs and boost efficiency.
  • Stay Organized: Document site activities and prepare daily reports.
  • Train & Develop: Conduct safety meetings and provide crew training.
