As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, create compelling content, and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
  • Create and curate content for newsletters, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and update company social media profiles, engage with the online community, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for real estate and marketing.
