We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team! We are a local, growing, upscale-casual restaurant group.

General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Experience in a full-service, upscale scratch kitchen concept
- P&L Experience
- Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
- Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong passion for food and beverage
- Self Driven and having high-level interpersonal skill set
- Problem-Solving Skills
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Adherence to all state and local health codes – maintains outstanding reputation
- Ability to build, train and maintain a great team
- Follow best practices. And the guidelines to meet the standard
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
- Must love people, build regular clientele, and be a part of a team
