We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales associates and develop a sales platform for the company. We are a real estate firm that buys and sells houses in the Southern California region. If you have strong sales experience and enjoy managing a team of salespeople, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities and Qualifications for the Sales Manager:

  • Sales planning: Creating a sales plan that outlines goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve desired results
  • Sales strategies: Developing and implementing a sales strategy that guides how the sales team functions and lays out a plan for how the team will reach its goals
  • Sales targets: Directing and overseeing the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer relationship management: Maintaining meaningful relationships with key customers
  • Sales reporting: Ensuring effective sales reporting, which provides information that helps the sales manager do their job and lead the team
  • At least three years of coaching sales representatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on company strategy
