Seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Electronics to join our team. 

Help shape the future of our electronic products. You'll lead engineering teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business goals.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
  • 15 years in product design specializing in electronics, electronic systems and components
  • Experience with: 
  • Low power, high power, and digital electronic product design
  • Developing and executing technology roadmaps
  • International design and manufacturing  
  • History of driving innovation and project success
  • LT Spice (or equivalent) for circuit simulation & analytics / Altium PCB design software

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the engineering department; building and managing teams of leaders and designers
  • Mentor, and develop team members, providing strategic and technical support when needed
  • Oversee design, testing, and validation of electronic systems and components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues 
  • Take part in business development and support growth 
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
