Our client seeks a compassionate Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director with a proven track record of successfully increasing the census.
Sales and Marketing Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Four years of documented sales results in an AL, IL, RCFE community setting
- Pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with private pay residents
- Organized and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Community outreach to build relationships to drive census and meet company growth goal
- Generate and manage leads to qualified prospects and move them through the admission process.
- Develop written and digital promotional marketing materials for the community
- Maintain competitive analysis of local, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
Sales and Marketing Director Benefits:
