Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • at least 2 years in restaurant supervisory experience
  • Must be able to work 50-55 hours a week
  • Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team 
  • Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
  • Treat all employees with dignity and respect

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate staff
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Enforce all brand standards
