We are seeking a Senior Retail Manager to oversee our newly opened Cultural Center retail operation.

Retail Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the store and implementing strategies to enhance the visitor experience while maximizing revenue.
  • Retail Operations Management
  • Merchandising and Product Selection
  • Customer Experience:
  • Financial Management
  • Team Leadership and Development

Retail Manager Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Retail Management experience preferably in a Museum, Cultural Center or similar attraction.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for product selection and visual merchandising.
