Fast Casual General Manager Compensation and Benefits
- $68,000-$72,000 salary

Fast Casual General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Maintain high quality standards and guest service expectations
- Hire, train and develop staff
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the fast-casual segment
- Strong communication skills and financial acumen
- Knowledgeable of local labor laws and health guidelines
- NYC DOH Food Handler's Permit
